On 4 March 2008 Essent N.V. has signed the associated partner agreement with Energy Delta Institute (EDI) and so became EDI's first associate partner. The contract was signed by Mr Michiel Boersma (CEO) from the side of Essent and by Mr George Verberg (former President) from EDI's side.
