In our joint excellence programmes, we partner with internationally recognized knowledge institutes, to guarantee high quality. In this particular programme, we work together closely with Nyenrode Business University. Eminent speakers with a broad international overview set the scene. Lecturers come from both academia and the industry – ensuring scientific soundness and practical applicability. This joint excellence is what makes EDI unique.

This course provides executives, professionals, financiers, policy makers and entrepreneurs in the energy sector with up to date insights in the future of energy, and the ensuing business opportunities and challenges. Participants of this course have an academic background, several years of experience and a working knowledge of business English.

The programme structure

Which topics are addressed during this Joint Excellence Programme?

This programme is one of Energy Delta Institutes first blended tracks, where we will incorporate the traditional learning experience in the classroom with online learning. The set up of the course is ‘4 + 2’. Energy and business insights are taught in the first four days, management insights and attendee reflection follows some weeks later in a two day reflection session. In between the 4- and 2-day sessions, participants are provided with a business skills-oriented online learning package that can be accessed at any time through our online learning environment.

In this joint excellence programme, we partner with Nyenrode Business University. Nyenrode is the only private university in the Netherlands. To guarantee a varied programme, several lectures from energy companies, governmental bodies, prestigious consulting firms and the academic world are added to the programme.
