Clingendael International Energy Programme

The Clingendael International Energy Programme (CIEP) is affiliated to the Netherlands Institute for International Relations Clingendael. CIEP acts as an independent forum for governments, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, the media, politicians and others who are interested in changes and developments in the energy sector.
