We can design a talent development programme for any target group (e.g. trainees, young professionals, high potentials, middle and senior management).

We use the 70/20/10 model for learning and development. Our programmes educate participants both online and offline (10), have a direct impact on their day-to-day job (70) and enhance personal relationships and contact with co-workers (20).

An example is the Energy Market and Trading course for IT specialists which we designed for one of our partners. This programme consists of 6 classroom training days for a group of IT specialists, who will get an overview of:
