Deze cursus gaat in op de concepten rond bewustwording van energie efficiëntie en de mogelijkheden en eventuele impact daarvan in de residentiële en industriële sector. De rol en de motieven van de consument, de aanpak van energiebesparing, het concept van energie diensten die direct en indirect leidt tot energie efficiëntie verbetering, en regulering van energie efficiëntie in de bouwsector, zijn centrale elementen in de cursus.
